Return and Refund Policy
Return conditions
You have 14 days after receiving your order to return your parts to us.
- Pieces must be returned in their original , unworn condition, with all accessories and tags undetached (custom pieces cannot be returned).
- If you wish to return a pair of shoes to us, please do not use the shoe box as a package, otherwise the return cannot be accepted.
After 14 days, the return cannot be accepted. To do this, it is imperative to register your return request:
To make a return, you must send an email to customer service at the following address: contact.miloha@gmail.com to inform us of your return, specifying:
- Yourname and order number
- The parts you wish to return
- The reason for return
You can then return the package to us with the carrier of your choice, please note that the return costs are your responsibility, to the following address:

RETURNS TO PICK-UP POINTS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED.
Please include a note inside your package specifying your order number.
Please keep proof of return of your package.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not available directly on our site.
If you would like a different size, a different model or a new color, we invite you to make a return and place a new order.
Processing time and reimbursement
Once we have received your returned package including the parts in good condition and in compliance with the instructions above, we will refund the amount corresponding to the part(s) (shipping costs will not be refunded) within 10 working days.
“Low Price” or “SALE” items will be refunded to you in the form of a credit note.
You will receive a confirmation email confirming the refund or creation of your credit.
If an error in the product is proven, the customer's return costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of proof.
In exceptional cases, we will reimburse you for return shipping costs. We will reimburse you up to the minimum cost of a standard Colissimo delivery within the shipping zone.
If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be issued in the form of a credit note.
Please note that if you have not paid the shipping costs (for example: You benefited from free shipping) and you return the entire order to us, these will be deducted from the refund.
In case of defective item
You have a maximum of 4 days after receiving your order to inform us of a defect in a product received.
In this case, we invite you to inform us of the defect by contacting us at this email address: contact.miloha@gmail.com , indicating your order number and a photo of the defect in addition to your message.
We will send you a new part if it is still available.
Otherwise, we offer you a credit or a refund of the amount or part of the amount of the part.
No claim will be considered if you exceed the 4-day deadline after receipt of your order to notify us of a possible defect.
Likewise, no claims will be accepted if the item has been worn and/or no longer has its label.
